This page is for people to request cancelling their current memberships.

Please fill out this form to suspend, cancel, or change the status of your Monthly Wash account.
This is the only method for suspending or canceling your Monthly Wash.

Important:

If you're submitting this form to cancel, it will serve as your 30-day notice as stated in the contract and posted signage. Your account will still be charged for any scheduled billing within the next 30 days.

You will receive a confirmation email or text within 24-48 hours confirming your account has been suspended or canceled.

Note: Do not fill out this form if you’re replacing your current vehicle with a new one or if your credit card information has changed. These updates will be handled on-site.

Please note: Fast Pass Membership changes must be made 7 days before your billing date. If changes are not requested on time, there will be no refunds for partial months or unused membership days.
